From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and attention to detail. the hotel itself is truly a boutique gem, with a cozy atmosphere and beautifully decorated rooms. the owner was hands-on and made sure that every guest felt special and well taken care of. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the exceptional customer service, especially when it came to accommodating our needs. We arrived on Valentine's night and were initially faced with a set menu that wasn't suitable for our young baby. However, the receptionist went above and beyond to provide us with a different menu and even offered to serve us in our room from the bar. This level of personalized care truly made our stay unforgettable. the food at both dinner and breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a wide range of options to choose from. the cocktails in the bar were also delicious, and Marcus, who looked after us during dinner, provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a special and memorable experience.
